Job summary

TruTeam in Twin Falls, ID seeks an Experienced Production/Sales Insulator to manage daily production and drive sales for insulation products. You will lead installers, schedule crews, and ensure safety and quality while growing customer relationships.

Responsibilities include developing production strategy, monitoring metrics, and guiding the sales cycle from estimates to negotiations. This is a safety-sensitive, local-role with overtime and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• College education or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience in installation, service center, or distribution center.
• Prior P&L responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production and sales duties, including scheduling and dispatch.
• Manage production staff to meet demand within safety guidelines.
• Perform job site inspections before and during installation.
• Track production metrics and training across the team.
• Develop sales strategy and identify prospective customers.
• Close sales with margin focus and handle leads and inquiries.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce TopBuild safety policies.
