Job summary

SoundOff Signal in Michigan seeks a Production Lead to drive world-class manufacturing practices, safety, quality, and efficiency. You will partner with Safety, Quality, Mechanical Engineering, and production management to promote standards and lead continuous improvement.

You will build and mentor the production team, plan daily work, communicate clearly, and ensure alignment with core values while maintaining a safe, productive environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production leadership team by example to meet customers' expectations.
• Coach and mentor line leads to improve production standards and teamwork.
• Plan daily production requirements and coordinate fulfillment with accuracy.
• Maintain a safe, positive work environment aligned with SoundOff Signal values.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage Top 5 projects.
• Ensure adherence to quality audits, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
