You will manage supervisors, drive continuous improvement, and maintain health and safety programs while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet goals and customer demand. The role emphasizes leadership, cost control, and reducing process variation via Kaizen and Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of leadership in manufacturing management.
• Proven track record driving measurable improvements.
• Experience implementing daily improvement concepts and policy deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools: 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, SMED, VSM.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct all manufacturing operations to meet schedules and quality standards using Lean methods.
• Manage supervisors and develop their skills for team effectiveness.
• Establish metrics, weekly RAP meetings, and production cost control.
• Track quality, delivery, cost, safety metrics, and OEE; report production performance.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost improvements across the plant.
