Job Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and coach a manufacturing team within defined cells. Ensure customer commitments are met, adhering to Safety/HSE, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People, and responsiveness standards.

Key Duties
  • Safety/HSE: Promote a culture of Zero Harm, ensuring safety standards and environmental targets are met.
  • Product Safety: Ensure work complies with standards and promote a safety culture.
  • Quality: Drive towards Zero Defects and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
  • Cost: Manage budgets, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
  • Delivery: Meet delivery commitments, manage workflows, and control inventory levels.
  • People: Develop a capable and flexible team, ensuring training and motivation.
  • Lean: Deploy and sustain production standards, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Leadership: Inspire high performance, delegate effectively, and empower team members.
  • Assets: Optimize manufacturing assets for maximum productivity.
  • Digital Manufacturing: Utilize IT systems and digital tools for performance management and communication.
Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • An Associates degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business with 7+ years of manufacturing experience, OR;
  • A Bachelor's degree with 5+ years, OR;
  • A Master's degree with 3+ years, OR;
  • JD/PhD, OR;
  • 9+ years of manufacturing experience in lieu of a degree.

Must be eligible for security clearance (US Citizenship required).

Preferred Requirements:

  • Six Sigma certification
  • ERP/SAP knowledge
What We Offer
