Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking a production shift supervisor to guide and train production employees and coordinate quality checks on the assigned line. You will lead 12–40 staff, assign plant operations during shift, and ensure production schedules are met.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years in manufacturing, and lean manufacturing understanding. Proficiencies in MS Office and SAP are preferred. We offer a competitive wage, benefits, and overtime opportunities.

• 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
