Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking a dedicated 2nd shift supervisor to guide and train production employees and coordinate quality checks on the assigned production line.

This role requires proven leadership to train and direct 12-40 staff, assign plant operations during the shift, and ensure production schedules are met while maintaining employee and product safety. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 years of manufacturing experience, and lean manufacturing awareness.

Qualifications

• Supervises and trains production staff on assigned line and maintains safety and quality standards.
• Demonstrates leadership in coordinating shift operations and meeting production schedules.
• Requires basic Lean Manufacturing knowledge and experience in manufacturing environments.

2nd Shift 3:30 PM- 12:00 AM (Monday through Friday) And every other weekend

• Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing
