Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train and cross-train employees on machinery and processes.
• Ensure tools and materials are available for crews.
• Oversee crews to ensure reliability, dependability and punctuality.
• Foster teamwork, morale and confidentiality within the department.
• Address crew questions and problems promptly.
• Lead weekly Production/Safety meetings and coordinate with supervision.
