Job summary

You will supervise staff, conduct meetings, monitor performance, and ensure timely, cost-effective production in a fast-paced environment that values sustainability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years prior leadership experience is preferred.
• Prior work experience in the corrugated industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train and cross-train employees on machinery and processes.
• Ensure tools and materials are available for crews to accomplish tasks.
• Oversee crews to ensure reliability, dependability, and timeliness.
• Maintain morale and teamwork and confidentiality.
• Address questions, concerns, and problems from the crew.
• Communicate performance and coordinate with supervisor on repairs and maintenance.
• Lead weekly Production/Safety meetings with departmental personnel.
• Implement company policies and safety programs; pursue ongoing training.
