Job summary

Associated Materials Innovations is seeking a Production Lead to support daily operations of our window manufacturing lines. You will coordinate workflow, train employees, and drive continuous improvement to meet safety, quality, performance, and delivery goals.

In this role you will partner with supervisors and maintenance to minimize downtime, ensure compliance with safety rules, and promote teamwork within the department. Flexible hours may be required based on production demand.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years manufacturing or production experience required.
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of AMI/Alside production processes and safety rules.
• Ability to work flexible hours or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities for assigned lines under supervision.
• Lead by example to enforce safety rules and PPE usage.
• Monitor workflow to meet schedules and targets.
• Perform in-process quality checks per AMI standards.
• Assist with employee training and cross-training.
• Communicate with maintenance, quality and support teams to reduce downtime.
• Provide daily production updates to supervisor or manager.
