Maker's Pride is seeking a Production Supervisor to support a safe work environment and efficient, quality production. This role requires coordinating line setup, overseeing pre-op activities, and guiding teams to meet product specs with cost-saving practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic math, and the ability to read production reports. This is a multi-shift, on-site position in Ohio with opportunities for cross-training and career growth.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently with team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pre-op and/or tear down; coordinates lines setup.
• Reviews production issues and schedules with other departments to prevent downtime.
• Leads continuous improvement plant-wide and assigns station duties.
