Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Production Lead to support the Production Supervisor in maintaining safe, efficient manufacturing operations. You will implement posted schedules, communicate important information to the team, and act as the bridge between front-line staff and management.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety policies, updating compliance software, coordinating training, and ensuring accurate attendance and payroll-related scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in production/manufacturing is required; concrete manufacturing experience a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety policies and report issues to management.
• Enter safety and compliance data into company software.
• Execute production schedule and identify gaps or changes needed.
• Lead by example on the shop floor and train team members as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments and communicate production updates.
• Inspect equipment and workflow to ensure safety and quality.
