Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience supervising hourly production employees.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and manufacturing systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety leadership initiatives to maintain a safe work environment.
• Supervise daily manufacturing operations to meet schedules and orders.
• Drive quality assurance through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coach and develop production employees with performance feedback.
• Lead Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams.
