Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking a Production Supervisor in Tulsa, OK. Lead hourly manufacturing staff to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals, while driving Lean initiatives and continuous improvement.

You will supervise daily operations, monitor KPIs, and coordinate staffing to maximize productivity. Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills are essential, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience supervising hourly production employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality systems, and production processes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and manufacturing systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety leadership to maintain a safe work environment and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet schedules and customer requirements.
• Monitor labor utilization, machine performance, and production efficiency.
• Coordinate staffing and assignments to maximize productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis for quality issues.
• Coach and develop production employees; conduct performance evaluations.
