Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Texas is seeking a Production Lead to oversee manufacturing and assembly operations, including painting, prepping, patching, and tying rebar mats. You’ll help pour and finish concrete while maintaining a clean, safe facility in a union environment with supervision from a Group Leader.

The role requires reading drawings, operating tools and equipment after training, supervising others, and collaborating with multiple departments to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of leadership experience in construction or related industry preferred.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs regularly.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret plans.

Responsibilities

• Abide by safety policies and wear required safety gear.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Read drawings to produce company-specific products.
• Operate standard equipment (hand tools, cranes, tie guns, forklifts) after training.
• Attend required meetings and report to Group Leader or supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Production or Operations managers.
• Supervise others when needed.
• Assist other departments to support team goals.
