Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Production Lead for our Texas facility. This union role reports to a Group Leader and oversees manufacturing and assembly, including painting, prep, tying rebar, and finishing concrete.

You will read drawings, operate standard equipment after training, supervise teammates, and coordinate with other departments to meet production goals while maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• Two years of leadership experience in construction or related industry preferred.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs regularly.
• Ability to read drawings and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Abide by safety policies and wear safety gear as instructed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Read drawings to produce company specific products.
• Operate standard plant equipment after receiving training.
• Attend required meetings and report to the Group Leader.
• Supervise others and assist other departments as needed.
