Job summary

CRH's Oldcastle Infrastructure division is hiring a Production Lead to supervise manufacturing and assembly at the facility. The role includes painting, prepping, patching, tying rebar mats, pouring and finishing concrete, and maintaining a clean, safe production area in alignment with company guidelines.

You'll report to a Group Leader, work with teams to meet production goals, uphold safety, and adapt to union environment.

Qualifications

• Reading drawings to make company-specific products.
• Lead and supervise production teams to meet plant goals.
• Operate/learn standard production area equipment after training.

Responsibilities

• Abide by safety and company policies and wear safety gear.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Read drawings to produce items per specification.
• Operate cranes, tie guns, forklifts and other tools after training.
• Attend required meetings and provide information to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.
• Supervise others and coordinate with other departments.
• Assist other departments to support team goals.
