Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope seeks a Production Lead to oversee daily manufacturing operations and drive efficiency, safety, and quality. You will bridge management and frontline teams, coordinating workflow and resolving issues to meet deadlines.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing, strong leadership, and knowledge of production processes. Expect a hands-on, fast-paced environment with emphasis on safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Counsel, mentor, coach, and develop employees.

• Enforce safety, quality, and company policies.
• Make quick staffing and process adjustments to meet production needs.
• Perform daily quality checks and maintain records.
• Train staff on processes and safety.
