Medbio, LLC is seeking a Production Support Associate to assist the Production Supervisor in daily task assignment and to ensure adherence to quality procedures. The role includes hourly audits to catch suspect or nonconforming product, accurate ERP labeling and disposition, and maintaining clean manufacturing floors.

You will help ensure products meet specifications, support breaks, track scrap, and coordinate with Materials to move finished goods to correct inventory locations.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience.
• Candidate must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.

Aufgaben

• Assist Production Supervisor with assigning daily duties to production employees.
• Ensure quality system procedures and work instructions are adhered to by all personnel.
• Perform hourly audits to ensure suspect/nonconforming product is properly identified and segregated to prevent unintended use or delivery to the customer.
• Ensure product is properly labeled and dispositioned in the ERP system in a timely manner.
• Ensure product produced conforms to specified requirements.
• Assist with the relief of Manufacturing Associates during breaks.
• Track Production Scrap.
• Communicate with Materials Department to ensure finished goods is properly moved into assigned inventory location.
• Maintain manufacturing floor cleanliness.
• Assist Production Supervisor in ensuring personnel is compliant with all organization safety and Performance policies.
• Other duties as assigned by your management team due to organization and production needs.

Kenntnisse

High school diploma or GED

1 year of job-related experience

Able to lift 30 pounds regularly

Associate degree substitution allowed for up to 50% of requirement
