Job summary

ProActive Solutions USA, LLC is seeking a production associate to ensure accurate and efficient manufacturing of finished products. You will follow all guidelines to meet customer expectations for timely delivery of quality products, while complying with state and federal requirements.

Responsibilities include handling materials, sampling for QC, supporting maintenance and housekeeping, and using pallet jacks or forklifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must follow safe work practices and quality guidelines.
• Basic math skills required for measurements and calculations.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attentive and timely responses.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities without getting flustered.
• Excellent attendance and reliability in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures to produce high-quality products.
• Gather raw materials and mix batches per schedule.
• Take product samples for Quality Control approval.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards.
• Assist in loading/unloading materials and waste handling.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as trained.
• Maintain GMP practices and plant cleanliness.
• Perform basic inventory when needed.
