Job summary

Accentuate Staffing has partnered with a growing manufacturing organization in the life sciences industry seeking a Production Team Lead to support daily production operations in a regulated environment. The role requires leading a team, ensuring schedules, quality, safety, and documentation while coaching staff and coordinating workflow with leadership.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience and a High School diploma; an Associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (medical device/pharmaceutical) is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily production activities, coordinating workflow and meeting schedules.
• Train, mentor, and coach production team members while maintaining competency and adherence to procedures.
• Review production documentation for accuracy and compliance with quality and documentation standards.
• Ensure production equipment, materials, and required documentation are prepared before manufacturing activities.
• Monitor production quality, inspect completed work, and reinforce safety policies, SOPs and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to address production issues and drive continuous improvement.
