Medline Industries, LP is seeking a production team member to supervise a single assembly line and monitor productivity in the production area. The role focuses on running the line efficiently to deliver quality products and communicating changes and procedures to all line personnel.

Responsibilities include building first kits, assigning stations, verifying paperwork, and ensuring correct components are used.

Qualifikationen

• Previous production/manufacturing experience.
• Willing to stand 8 hours per day.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Must work overtime 2–3 hours daily up to 6 days a week.

Aufgaben

• Oversee employees on a single assembly line and ensure efficient production.
• Build first kits and assign assembly stations; verify correct component placement.
• Verify paperwork for all lots daily (e.g., DHR, inserts, carton labels, substitutions, deviations).
• Complete applicable paperwork (Line Clearance Form, ECNs, Daily production report, Cleaning logs, on-hold forms).
• Verify jobs are received with correct components per work order BOM from warehouse.
• Assist to enforce company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
