Job summary

The role requires at least 2 years in manufacturing and strong communication skills. Leadership experience is preferred, with duties including escalation of issues, documentation, and collaboration with maintenance teams to sustain line speeds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process machines to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead and develop Operators; support shift supervisors.
• Perform repairs and modifications beyond Operator capability.
• Record downtime, process changes, and reporting data.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Process Technicians on preventative tasks.
• Serve as backup to Supervisor during absences and manage breaks.
