Job summary

Graham Packaging is seeking a Technical Specialist Lead to monitor and process packaging lines, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency. You will work closely with the Production Shift Supervisor, train Operators, and support mold changes and equipment installation.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in manufacturing, leadership experience is preferred, and strong communication and teamwork skills are essential to drive improvements and maintain line performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing required.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process machines to ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
• Assist in mold changes, resin trials and equipment installation as required.
• Lead continuous quality improvement projects and related activities.
• Coordinate with the Shift Supervisor to determine production priorities.
