Job summary

Responsibilities

• Confers with management to establish production and quality standards.
• Coordinates production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control to optimize resources.
• Reviews reports to determine causes of nonconformity and issues with supervision.
• Helps minimize scrap and manages MRO usage.
• Monitors production metrics and prepares monthly report cards for continuous improvement.
• Ensures proper stocking and cleanliness of work areas.
