Job summary

Meritage Homes in Denver is seeking a production/PM leader to review the division business plan and establish a forward-looking product development plan. You will collaborate with municipal staff to obtain permits and coordinate with internal teams and external consultants on timelines.

Responsibilities include managing the product development process, maintaining the plan library, and leading the Starts Coordinator.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of homebuilding construction experience.
• Knowledge of homebuilding schedules, codes, and blueprints.
• Ability to audit civil drawings per Meritage Standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze the division business plan and set a forward-looking development plan.
• Manage all aspects of product development and build relationships with municipal staff for permits.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to set timelines and communicate them.
• Review design documents and maintain the Plan Library in line with strategy.
• Future duties include Hyphen Build-Pro administration and reporting with partners.
• Lead Starts Coordinator and support production reports and related tasks.
