Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking a Production Lead to assist with the day-to-day store operation and production performance to meet or exceed budget while complying with company standards.

The role may act as supervisor when assigned by the Store Manager or Production Manager, and expects a safe, clean environment and professional conduct. Responsibilities include meeting production goals, processing donations, and presenting a positive image of Goodwill through teamwork and customer-ready displays.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED with supervisory experience or 90 days in the service industry.
• Must read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Prior service industry experience preferred.
• Must successfully complete Retail training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day store operation and production performance to meet or exceed budget.
• Act as a supervisor when assigned by the Store Manager or Production Manager.
• Produce donated goods in the backroom and maintain a positive store image.
• Maintain safe, clean back-room and store environment; observe safety policies.
