Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana seeks a Production Lead to supervise daily store operations and drive production performance to meet budget and standards. You will oversee garment processing, ensure quality, and act as a role model for staff in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Experience supervising a team in a fast-paced setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations and production performance to meet budget.
• Supervise staff when assigned by Store Manager or Production Manager.
• Reach production goals (minimum 110 garments per hour, 90% quality).
• Ensure proper processing of donations and display on the store floor.
• Maintain a safe, clean back-room and store environment; observe safety policies.
