Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana is seeking a Production Lead to support day-to-day store operations and lead production performance to meet budget. You may supervise in the Store/Production Manager's absence and lead teams to reach 110 garments/hour with 90% quality.

You will ensure donations are processed properly, model professionalism, and maintain a safe, clean store environment while coordinating with staff and following company procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 6 months supervisory experience or 90 days in the service industry.
• Able to read, write and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day store operations and production performance to meet/exceed budget.
• Act as supervisor when assigned by Store/Production Manager.
• Reach production goals (110 garments per hour, 90% quality).
• Ensure donations are properly processed and ready for the floor.
• Model professional behavior and motivate employees and trainees.
• Maintain a clean, safe back-room and store environment; observe safety policies.
