Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana is seeking a Production Lead to oversee daily store operations and production performance, acting as a supervisor as needed. The role requires guiding teams to reach production goals while upholding company standards and safety.

The position emphasizes hands-on leadership in processing donations, maintaining a clean store environment, and ensuring staff adherence to policies. Flexibility for shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 6 months supervisory experience, or 90 days in service industry.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Retail training completed.
• Experience in service industry helpful.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed production budgets (110 garments/hr minimum with 90% quality).
• Ensure donations are properly processed and ready for sale.
• Act as a positive role model for employees and trainees.
• Produce donated goods in the backroom and maintain a presentable store image.
• Maintain safe back-room conditions and a clean, hazard-free store environment.
• Obey personnel and safety policies and ensure Production Associates comply.
• Capable of performing Production Associate duties as needed.
• Attend scheduled shifts as assigned by manager.
