Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana is seeking a Production Lead to support day-to-day store operations and drive production performance in line with budget and company standards. The role includes supervising duties when assigned by Store/Production Managers and ensuring smooth processing of donations.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with supervisory experience or 90 days in the service industry.
• Ability to read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Retail training completed.
• Prior service industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations and production to meet budget.
• Reach production goals: minimum 110 garments per hour with 90% quality.
• Ensure proper processing of donations for store floor.
• Model professionalism and presentable appearance for staff and customers.
• Maintain safe, clean back-room and store environment.
• Attend regularly scheduled shifts as assigned by management.
