Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 6 months supervisory experience or 90 days in the service industry.
• Must read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Prior work experience in the service industry preferred.
• Must successfully complete Retail training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day store operation and production to meet budget.
• Lead production to process donations and prepare for store floor.
• Act as a positive role model for employees and trainees.
• Produce donated goods in backroom to create a clean store image.
• Maintain safe and appropriate conditions in back-room area.
• Keep the store clean and hazard-free (vacuum, mop, dust, bathrooms).
• Observe personnel and safety policies to ensure compliance.
• Able to perform duties of Production Associates.
• Attend scheduled shifts as assigned.
