Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 6 months supervisory experience (or 90 days in service industry).
• Must read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Retail training completed preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations and production performance to meet or exceed budget.
• Act as a supervisor when assigned by Store Manager or Production Manager.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free back-room and store environment.
• Lead by example to motivate employees and trainees.
• Attend scheduled shifts as assigned by management.
