Job summary

You will oversee equipment maintenance, waste reduction, training, attendance, and performance management while upholding 5S, safety standards, and customer requirements; experience with Windows and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to process thorough and organized paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Group Leaders and Production Technicians.

• Cross-train staff and oversee line cleanliness.
• Monitor attendance and hours worked; support performance management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, 5S and customer requirements.
