Responsibilities

• Responsible for all processes, equipment, employees, preventive maintenance, safety and housekeeping of the assigned work area and meeting established quality and quantity standards.
• Organizes work for smooth operations, analyzes problems, implements solutions and reports process and equipment problems.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate employee performance information, production and attendance records, training progress records, and other records as required.
• Supports and ensures that all rules, regulations, policies, and procedures are followed.
• Suggests and supports effective scrap and cost reduction programs.
• Performs activities requiring communication and support to other departments.
