Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana is seeking a Production Lead to supervise daily store operations and manage production performance toward budget. You will act as a supervisor when needed and ensure donated goods are processed efficiently for the store floor.

The role requires leading teams, meeting a high output (110 garments/hour) with quality standards, and maintaining a safe, organized back-room environment while promoting Goodwill’s mission.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and supervisory experience.
• Prior service industry experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operation and production performance to meet budget.
• Act as a supervisor when assigned by Store Manager or Production Manager.
• Reach production goals: minimum 110 garments per hour with 90% quality.
• Process and prepare donations for floor display.
• Model professionalism and motivate employees and trainees.
• Maintain a clean, safe back-room and store environment.
• Observe safety policies and ensure Production Associates comply.
• Perform duties of Production Associates when needed.
• Attend scheduled shifts as assigned.
