Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana seeks a Production Lead to oversee day-to-day store operations and drive production performance. You will supervise when needed and help meet budget targets while upholding company standards.

You will assist in processing donations, maintaining a clean store environment, and training team members. The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 6 months supervisory experience.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Prior work experience in the service industry preferred.
• Must successfully complete Retail training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operation and production performance to meet budget.
• Act as supervisor when assigned by Store Manager or Production Manager.
• Reach production goals (min 110 garments per hour with 90% quality).
• Ensure proper production of donations and display ready items for store floor.
• Maintain clean, safe back-room and store environment including bathrooms.
• Observe safety policies and ensure compliance by Production Associates.
• Attend scheduled shifts as assigned.
