Job summary

Wyld is seeking a Production Lead in Missouri to supervise the production line, coach team members, and open/close shifts with a flexible schedule. You will ensure safety, QA/QC, and efficiency while collaborating with Supervisors and Managers to train staff.

The role requires strong organization, ability to meet deadlines, and a commitment to Wyld Core Values and safety standards within a fast-growing cannabis edibles context.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of directly related experience in a food production or kitchen environment
• Must have experience with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
• Must have experience working with a high sense of urgency
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Suite, Google, Slack; Jira and similar platforms preferred
• Must communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
• General math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide

Responsibilities

• Prep, mix, cook, produce, pour, deposit, pull, and store all facility consumables and products
• Prepare ingredients, workstations and equipment; perform regular checks on equipment
• Maintain high-quality standards with QA/QC of weighed, appearance, and flavor
• Manage time to meet daily production expectations
• Collaborate well under pressure with urgency
• Infuse correctly by scraping, turning, lifting, and rotating
• Read, record, and communicate kitchen data, counts, and weights
• Perform opening and closing duties and maintain sanitation compliance
