Job summary

Wyld in New Jersey is seeking a Production Lead to drive high-quality cannabis edibles manufacturing. You will support daily workflow, train team members, and cover opening/closing shifts with a flexible schedule.

The role requires at least 1 year in food production and supervisory experience, strict sanitation standards, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Competitive benefits and full-time hours are included.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related food production or kitchen experience and 1 year of lead or supervisory experience
• Experience with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
• Must work with a high sense of urgency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Google, Slack, Jira or similar tools
• English communication, verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process ingredients and manage production workflow to meet daily targets
• Maintain high-quality standards with QA/QC of products
• Time management to keep on schedule and prioritize tasks
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors
• Assist with training and coaching Production Support staff on procedures and safety
