Job summary

Wyld in Illinois is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead production leads and support staff across kitchen, packaging, and inventory. You will maintain daily production flow, enforce quotas, and coordinate with management to ensure targets are met, while working a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of directly related experience in production or manufacturing.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or lead experience.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced environments with accuracy and deadlines.
• Strong English communication and basic data entry (weights, counts, reports).

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees and assist with planning, assigning, and directing work.
• Oversee daily production operations and scheduling with the Kitchen Manager.
• Maintain high QA/QC standards, weights, appearance, and flavor profiles.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Assist with training, coaching, and documentation for SOP updates.
