Job summary

Wyld in Missouri - St. Louis is seeking a Production Lead to ensure high-quality edible and beverage production. You will support daily workflow, train staff, and backfill for Supervisors, while maintaining safety and product standards.

Qualifications

• Directly related experience in food production or kitchen environment; lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
• Ability to work with a high sense of urgency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack; Jira experience preferred
• Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing

Responsibilities

• Prep, mix, cook, produce, pour, deposit, pull, and store all facility consumables and products
• Read, record and communicate all kitchen data, counts, measurements and weights
• Open and close shifts; train and coach production staff with Supervisors
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards; maintain clean work environment
• Support packaging and production tasks as needed
• Communicate safety and quality issues to Supervisors and Managers
