Job summary

Wyld is seeking a Production Lead in Missouri, St. Louis to drive daily production quality and throughput. The role supports the production team in the absence of a supervisor and coaches staff on procedures, safety, and compliance. Flexible shifts and collaboration with management are required.

Responsibilities include leading prep, cooking, QA checks, and ensuring sanitation, safety, and accurate data recording. Must maintain high standards under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in food production or kitchen settings.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production, maintain quality, and meet deadlines.
• Coach and train production staff in procedures and safety.
• Open/close shifts and coordinate with Supervisors and Managers.
• Perform QA/QC checks on products for weights and flavor profile.
