Wyld is seeking a Production Lead in Missouri, St. Louis to drive daily production quality and throughput. The role supports the production team in the absence of a supervisor and coaches staff on procedures, safety, and compliance. Flexible shifts and collaboration with management are required.
Responsibilities include leading prep, cooking, QA checks, and ensuring sanitation, safety, and accurate data recording. Must maintain high standards under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The Production Lead produces the highest quality and consistent products in the industry by performing all duties meticulously and assisting with the daily workflow. This role supports the production team members when a Supervisor is not present. They are also responsible for training and coaching production team members in collaboration with Supervisors and Managers. This role opens and/or closes shifts and must be able to work a flexible schedule.

As a non-exempt employee, you'll receive an hourly rate of $23.50-$28.55/hr. paid biweekly, 11 paid holidays, 80 hours of PTO, 401K, and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
