Job summary

Premium Waters, Inc. is hiring a Lead, Production at our Kentland, Indiana facility. This full‑time role oversees bottle line staffing and operations, working with the Production Supervisor to train and develop staff to meet production standards and customer expectations.

You will ensure safe, efficient manufacturing in a beverage environment, follow GMP/HACCP guidelines, and participate in safety practices. Strong communication and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Strong communication and safety awareness are expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, setup, and operation of bottling lines.
• Train and develop production line personnel with supervision.
• Ensure safe, quality production and adherence to procedures.
