Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years packaging or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification and ability to operate forklift required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6-8 production personnel on a 5pm-5:10am 2-2-3 shift.
• Provide hands-on safety training and enforce safety guidelines.
• Ensure on-time delivery by managing production schedules and equipment.
• Train staff on GMPs, sanitation, and SQF/FDA requirements.
