Job summary

Manna Beverages is hiring for a Full-Time Production Lead in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves operating packaging lines, starting and stopping machines, and maintaining a clean, safe work area on the floor. You will monitor quality, perform routine tests, report issues, and help with line changeovers.

English is required; Spanish is a plus. The position supports a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities to grow in operations and safety-driven teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three months of bottling facility experience preferred.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Upholds safety and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and work safely at all times.
• Start machines and observe operation to detect malfunctions.
• Stop machines and report malfunctions to supervisor.
• Clean Case Packer machines and glue system.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Operate the bailing and shrink wrap equipment.
• Conduct required testing, monitoring, and recording of packaging checks.
• Notify supervisor of material or packaging quality issues.
• Complete daily cleaning reports and inspection sheets.
• Work well with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Assist with changeovers and set-up on packaging lines.
