Summary:

In the position of Production Lead, you will be responsible for assisting the Production Supervisor with daily functions relevant to the department's productivity and personnel scheduling. Aid in monitoring the production floor, ensuring high-quality products are produced and all employees have their daily tasks. Assist with training new employees and following all company and safety policies & procedures.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Support the Production Management team with daily functions relevant to the department's productivity and personnel scheduling.
2. Train new personnel to ensure they understand their job duties correctly and perform the job at the highest standard.
3. Set up production lines at the beginning of each shift, with guidance from production management, allowing for production to start as soon as employees arrive.
4. Oversee staff in the department and assign tasks according to day-to-day requests.
5. Assure all production standards are met.

Position Requirements:

1. Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in a lead position in Beverage Production.
2. Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in Beverage Production.
3. Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Must show basic knowledge of the English language.

Base Salary Range: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
