This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for guiding assembly operations while improving processes, boosting productivity, and elevating team performance in a fast-paced environment.


The Group Leader will oversee daily production schedules, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and support continuous improvement efforts. This individual will also play a key role in cost control, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration to help meet operational goals.


What You Bring:

An associate degree (or higher) is required, along with 4+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehousing. Strong ERP skills, Lean Manufacturing knowledge, and a sharp sense of urgency are essential.
