Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform manufacturing engineering tasks that do not require a 4-year degree. Focused on tactical responsibilities, excluding general administrative work.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline, using prior experience and expertise to execute policies and strategies.
  • Understand key business drivers and how your work and your team's work contribute to the broader area.
  • Use judgment and propose solutions outside set parameters with guidance. Utilize technical skills and analytical thinking to solve problems, often consulting multiple internal sources.
  • This position is likely to be an individual contributor with strong interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent. May provide informal guidance to new team members.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing-related engineering experience, plus a minimum of 3 years in manufacturing engineering.
