Responsabilidades

• Lead a cross-functional team of hourly personnel on a 12-hour shifting schedule.
• Coach and mentor staff, provide feedback and performance reviews.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards and compliance with company procedures.
• Schedule and assign personnel to achieve production targets and resolve issues.
• Document production data, shift summaries, and reports; participate in Continuous Improvement programs.
