- Coordinate with the Maintenance department to reduce equipment outages.
- Finalize all necessary shift logs, production reports, and relevant paperwork.
- Lead team briefings at the start of shifts to clarify production objectives.
- Ensure that all tools, machinery, and equipment are utilized and maintained correctly.
- Support the team by assisting with onboarding, training, and performance reviews.

Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity within a production or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Prior background in managing a team within a production environment.
- Solid understanding of standard manufacturing workflows and operational procedures.

- Strong leadership capabilities and clear communication skills.

Shift Details
We offer 1st (daytime), 2nd (afternoon/evening), and 3rd (overnight) shifts. Applicants should be prepared to work their assigned shift and remain flexible regarding potential overtime, weekend work, or schedule adjustments as necessitated by production volume.
